At least 19 people, mostly students, have died in a massive fire that broke out at a shopping complex in Surat. A tuition class was underway when the fire broke out, trapping the students inside the class. Students jumped off to save themselves from the third and fourth floors of the building to their deaths. The count may be on rise.
